Problems Logging In to PSPBL

• Incorrect Email address. Many people have multiple or lengthy email addresses. Make sure you are typing it in correctly or not adding extra spaces. If you are cutting and pasting your address, Windows often adds an extra space that will prevent you from logging in.
• CAPS. PSPBL is cAse SenSiTive. Your email address and password must be entered exactly as they were originally entered for PSPBL access.
• Firewall restrictions. PSPBL uses Java and Flash scripts, and as a result, your firewall may prevent pieces of the site from working. Check with your IT staff to make sure the site is allowed.
